Employees and potential employees are required to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and have more than one positive reference from previous employers. A Fisherman’s Finest crewmember is expected to exhibit exceptional dedication, honesty and work ethic on and off the vessel. Discrimination of any kind, at any time, is absolutely prohibited and employees must conduct themselves in a proper, reasonable and constructive manger at all times.

There is a $20 (refundable if you pass drug test and background check) fee charged at informational meetings; if you cannot pass, please do not attend.
