FFI crew members are some of the best-trained, hardest-working individuals in the industry. Many have worked with our company for 5, 10, 15, or 20+ years. We are proud of what we do, who we are, and how our company is run with integrity, dedication, responsibility, and a true commitment to quality. We have ten employees based in Kirkland and 130 crew at sea daily. We have another 70 or so that rotate in on a seasonal basis throughout the year.
