On Monday, March 1, 2021, Ms. Park presented Nathan Meyer with his 10 year watch - Omega Seamaster 300m ‘James Bond’ self-winding timepiece — as well as delivering dinner to all our hotel quarantined crew.

Fishermen’s Finest has been a member of the Kirkland Chamber of Commerce since we moved to Kirkland in 2011. In January 2020, Kristian Uri was named to the board of the Kirkland Chamber - we are proud and thankful to be members of the Chamber and part of the vibrant Kirkland community.

Happy New Year – 2021 – Year of the Ox (metal). According to Chinese myth, the order of the animals in the zodiac cycle was decided by the order arrival of the guest (animals) to an event thrown by the Jade Emperor.

The Ox fell behind the Rat after it was tricked into giving the smaller creature a ride, the myth claims.

In recognition of 20 years of service, as is our tradition at Fishermen’s Finest, Ms. Park presented Greg Sharp with a Rolex Submariner watch and a certificate of achievement at our Kirkland headquarters earlier in January.

Dick Nelson passed away January 21, 2021. Dick built our ship, the America’s Finest. We and those who follow in our footsteps will always owe him incalculable gratitude for that. Those of us who worked with him the 4 years we spent building the ship will carry fond memories of working with one of the greatest shipbuilders in the United States.

Ms. Park and Team Fishermen’s Finest joined together during our Hotel Quarantine at the Homewood Suites Hotel to recognize the hardworking and dedicated crew that make Fishermen’s Finest possible.

We have Flu Shots on order through Lafferty’s EMS and will administer to ALL crew aboard the vessels upon receipt (later in September or early October). Any crew joining the vessels after the Flu Shot is available will be vaccinated prior to traveling to Alaska.

On Saturday September 12th, while feeding the hotel quarantine crew dinner, Ms. Park took a moment to recognize Rueben Anderson for 10 plus years of service to Fishermen’s Finest

Fishermen’s Finest gathered today in Kirkland to celebrate 10 years of service with Courtney Banks. Courtney joined the FFamily March 1, 2010 and has been integral to the success of the Company.

Fishermen’s Finest celebrated the retirement of Mike Szymanski January 30th at the Columbia Tower Club in Seattle. Surrounded by his friends and FFamily, Mike reflected upon his Government Affairs work for Fishermen’s Finest as well as his work for Trans-Alaska Pipeline, Alaska State Senator, and even his connection to the Pentagon Papers.
